Dave and his wife Sheryl have been in full-time ministry since 1970, working with Youth Groups in Michigan and Nebraska, and pastoring churches in South Dakota, and Mason City, Iowa. They now have three grown children: a married son, two married daughters, and six grandchildren.

In 1990, they left the pastorate and became faith missionaries with Christ for the City International then moved to Omaha in 1995 to assist in relocating the CFCI International offices to Omaha.

Dave is currently the International Ministry Coach for CFCI and is focusing his ministry activity in Omaha, The Midwest, Tijuana, and Haiti.
